2023 Central Region Kansas City Conference Registration

The ACS 2023 Central Region Conference will take place from June 2nd - 3rd, 2023 in Overland Park, KS.

While on-line registrations are preferred, checks with the registration form can be mailed to Gary Guardia at 1208 Creekmoor Dr. Raymore, MO 64083. The Central Region Conference printable registration form can be found HERE.

Please see the Coniferite or ConiferSociety.org for all the latest details of the event.  Here is a summary of the pertinent information effective January 1st, 2023.

There will be an optional Speaker Series Friday morning to afternoon.  Several speakers will present at the  hotel and lunch is included.  The cost of this "pre-event" is $35.

DoubleTree by Hilton, Overland Park, KS is hosting.  Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible and by May 10th.  The hotel is expecting a full weekend and there are a limited number of two-queen-bed guest rooms available.  Book on-line at www.doubletree.com or call (913) 451-6100 and ask for the American Conifer Society room block, code CDTCS6.  It's important to specify our room block so the American Conifer Society gets credit for the booking.  The special rates of $129/night (king) or $139/night (2 queens) plus tax are available for stays during May 30th through June 6th timeframe.

Is your membership current?  This event is only open to current members and their guests.  If you need to renew your membership or join, please visit www.conifersociety.org to complete your membership.  Annual membership dues start at $40 per household (1-2 persons).

Please contact Deb Guardia as soon as possible if your plans change.  Refunds will be issued minus a $50 cancelation fee per person until May 10th.  No refunds after May 10th, 2023, and no registrations at the event.
